Huang was born in Tainan, Taiwan, on February seventeen, 1963. His family moved to Thailand when he was five years previous. When he was 9, he and his more mature brother have been sent to the United States to live having an uncle in Tacoma, Washington. When he was ten, he lived during the boys' dormitory with his brother at Oneida Baptist Institut
